Tri-Turf Joins United Turf Alliance
Fishers, IN, March 26, 2007

Victor Garcia, president, United Turf Alliance today announced that Tri-Turf of Traverse City, MI has joined UTA as a part-owner of the company and a distributor of the ArmorTech® brand of products in the state of Michigan.
Incorporated in 2005, United Turf Alliance is a consortium of distributors dedicated to selling a wide range of post-patent and leading edge chemical technologies to the professional turf industry under the ArmorTech® brand name. The group was formed in response to competitive pressures in the post-patent marketplace and seeks to offer unique, high quality products and service.

Current ArmorTech® chemistries currently include fungicides, insecticides, plant growth regulators and fertilizers, with product line expansions anticipated this year.

Other members of the Alliance include Advanced Turf Solutions (Fishers, IN), Nassua-Suffolk (NY), Seeton Turf Warehouse (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) and TurfLinks Inc. (Hudson MA).
